MPAA Rating

[edit]

Is there an actual MPAA rating for this film yet? The commercials still say "This Film is Not Yet Rated", but it's getting pretty close to the release date. The MPAA's website doesn't list a rating yet, either, but I've seen many websites that claim it's either R or PG-13 (there doesn't seem to be an actual consensus). Alphius (talk) 04:58, 9 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is a reliable source that mentions an R rating, but you are right that the MPAA website does not list the film. However, per the guidelines at WP:FILMRATING, we would not include ratings unless there was coverage about the rating itself. Erik (talk | contribs) 14:41, 9 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't think it would probably be covered in the article. I just thought it was interesting that I had originally read articles saying that it was R, but that a search for "hansel and gretel witch hunters" on Google comes up saying that it's rated PG-13; and that recently some articles I've read (which had actually included the one you linked to) have contradicted each other. Alphius (talk) 03:22, 14 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I just checked the official website, and it's finally confirmed that the film will be rated R. Alphius (talk) 02:09, 15 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wait with reception until there are multiple reviews

References might be formatted better

[edit]

If one would like to do it. --Niemti (talk) 02:52, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Also, some general copyedit would be nice. --Niemti (talk) 21:52, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Uncredited" MTV Films

[edit]

Couldn't find any source for this, so I removed it. --Niemti (talk) 03:44, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

never mind, it's in credits on the official website. --Niemti (talk) 03:47, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Box office question

[edit]

Is it only the USA, or is it also Canada? [1] says also Canada so I had it as "North American", but I'm not sure about it. --Niemti (talk) 02:55, 28 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Poster

[edit]

I changed it, but I'm not quite sure about it myself. --Niemti (talk) 14:52, 29 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I honestly liked the design of the that was there before, but the one that's there now is more of a full poster (i.e. credits at the bottom). Although, maybe you could use this poster instead: http://impawards.com/2013/hansel_and_gretel_witch_hunters_ver6.html Zuko Halliwell (talk) 12:38, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cast list should be a seperate section.

[edit]

I've been going onto Wikipedia for a long time, and I don't think I've ever seen an article about a film where the cast list was a subsection of the plot. Zuko Halliwell (talk) 18:04, 30 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You're right. I've corrected the section heading for the cast list. Thanks! Erik (talk | contribs) 18:06, 30 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Opening titles

[edit]

Given the extremely detailed nature of this article, I'm a little surprised that there's no mention of the film's animated title sequence. If it's because the article's editors don't have enough information about the titles, here's a link to the website of the company that designed them: http://picturemill.com/HanselGretel.html Zuko Halliwell (talk) 12:47, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

About the sequel

[edit]

You know something? The sequel will not have a 2016 release date. I bet...I bet it will release next year or later, but we're not sure at the moment. Yeah. We'll see about that. I can't wait to see the date! Oh. What? I think IMDB doesn't have it's release date yet. What the (beep). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.79.232.245 (talk) 23:41, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
